Neexistuj\u00ed ani psychoterapeutick\u00e9 metody, kter\u00e9 by v\u00e1s zcela zbavily p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f hyperaktivity. To v\u0161ak neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee jsme zcela bezmocn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h4>D\u011bti s ADHD<\/h4>\n<p><strong>D\u00edt\u011bti s ADHD<\/strong> m\u016f\u017eeme pomoci, aby se co nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bji vyrovnalo s obt\u00ed\u017eemi, kter\u00e9 vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed z poruch v r\u016fzn\u00fdch oblastech jeho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. To, co d\u00edt\u011bti s ADHD rozhodn\u011b usnad\u0148uje fungov\u00e1n\u00ed, je jasn\u00fd syst\u00e9m norem a pravidel sd\u011blovan\u00fdch prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch a jasn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edkaz\u016f, d\u016fslednost p\u0159i jejich prosazov\u00e1n\u00ed a zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na pozitivn\u00ed a posilov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1douc\u00edho chov\u00e1n\u00ed. Jednotliv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky hyperaktivity, nadm\u011brn\u00e9 impulzivity a poruchy pozornosti v\u0161ak vy\u017eaduj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed specifick\u00e9 strategie, kter\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011bti pomohou se s nimi vyrovnat.<\/p>\n<h4>Hyperaktivita u ADHD<\/h4>\n<p>P\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed hyperaktivity d\u00edt\u011bte je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9&#8230; vytvo\u0159en\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek pro tuto hyperaktivitu. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, je t\u0159eba na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b poskytnout prostor pro realizaci nadm\u011brn\u00e9 pot\u0159eby pohybu a na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b j\u00ed d\u00e1t jasn\u00fd r\u00e1mec, tj. vymezit, kde a kdy je p\u0159ijateln\u00e1 a za jak\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed nikoli. Tento r\u00e1mec by v\u0161ak m\u011bl b\u00fdt konstruov\u00e1n podle skute\u010dn\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte. N\u011bkdy je t\u0159eba d\u00edt\u011bti dovolit, aby bylo hyperaktivn\u00ed, nap\u0159. m\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm nohou p\u0159i pln\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00edch \u00fakol\u016f, jinak se nebude moci soust\u0159edit na dan\u00fd \u00fakol. \u010casto je p\u0159edstavou rodi\u010d\u016f, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011bti umo\u017en\u00ed &#8220;b\u011bhat&#8221;, a tedy vyu\u017e\u00edt jeho hyperaktivitu p\u0159ijatelnou formou, sport. Sport skute\u010dn\u011b pom\u00e1h\u00e1 uspokojit pot\u0159ebu pohybu. Discipl\u00edna by v\u0161ak m\u011bla b\u00fdt dob\u0159e zvolena tak, aby odpov\u00eddala preferenc\u00edm a schopnostem d\u00edt\u011bte &#8211; nap\u0159\u00edklad ne ka\u017ed\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diagnostika-mysli.cz\/adhd-test\">ADHD<\/a> se dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159izp\u016fsobit pravidl\u016fm t\u00fdmov\u00e9 hry, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee jen prohloubit jeho frustraci.<\/p>\n<h4>Nadm\u011brn\u00e1 impulzivita<\/h4>\n<p>Sou\u017eit\u00ed s nadm\u011brn\u011b impulzivn\u00edm \u010dlov\u011bkem nen\u00ed zrovna nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Pro \u010dlov\u011bka s ADHD je v\u0161ak obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161enou impulzivitu zvl\u00e1dat, proto\u017ee jej\u00ed podstatou je pr\u00e1v\u011b obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u00edch impulz\u016f. Proto je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00fd vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1sah, tj. pomoc druh\u00e9 osoby. \u00dakolem t\u00e9to osoby je p\u0159ipomenout d\u00edt\u011bti pravidla, na kter\u00e1 si v danou chv\u00edli nevzpom\u00edn\u00e1, p\u0159esto\u017ee je zn\u00e1. Aby bylo takov\u00e9 p\u0159ipomenut\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9, je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 dr\u017eet se ur\u010dit\u00fdch pravidel a posloupnost\u00ed. Nejprve by m\u011bl p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed upoutat pozornost d\u00edt\u011bte, nap\u0159. dotykem nebo nav\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00edm o\u010dn\u00edho kontaktu. Pot\u00e9 jasn\u011b a stru\u010dn\u011b p\u0159ipome\u0148te pravidlo a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby jej n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t zopakujte. Takov\u00e1 upozorn\u011bn\u00ed lze prezentovat tak\u00e9 graficky (nap\u0159. jako piktogram) nebo prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm kr\u00e1tk\u00e9ho psan\u00e9ho textu. Dal\u0161\u00edm krokem je ov\u011b\u0159it, zda d\u00edt\u011b pravidlo uplat\u0148uje v konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situaci. Pokud se d\u00edt\u011b nechov\u00e1 podle na\u0161ich p\u0159edstav, okam\u017eit\u011b uplatn\u00edme p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9, p\u0159edem definovan\u00e9 d\u016fsledky. M\u016f\u017ee se tak st\u00e1t, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b siln\u00e9 impulzivity je t\u0159eba stanovit skute\u010dn\u00e9 hranice, nap\u0159\u00edklad &#8220;architektonick\u00e9&#8221; hranice, jako jsou zav\u0159en\u00e9 dve\u0159e do m\u00edstnosti. V takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech se \u0159\u00edd\u00edme p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm bezpe\u010d\u00edm d\u00edt\u011bte. Jedn\u00edm z obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch projev\u016f nadm\u011brn\u00e9 impulzivity d\u00edt\u011bte je neschopnost p\u0159edv\u00eddat d\u016fsledky sv\u00e9ho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 podce\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed rizika nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u00dakolem druh\u00e9 osoby je proto p\u0159edv\u00eddat &#8220;za d\u00edt\u011b&#8221; v\u00fdskyt rizikov\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed a jeho d\u016fsledky (nap\u0159. \u0161l\u00e1pnut\u00ed na sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148) a takov\u00e9mu chov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edch\u00e1zet. I zde je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159ipomenout druh\u00e9 osob\u011b ur\u010dit\u00e9 pravidlo d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e se d\u00edt\u011bti poda\u0159\u00ed zachovat se ur\u010dit\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem &#8211; trochu jako snaha b\u00fdt v\u017edy o krok p\u0159ed d\u00edt\u011btem. Je t\u0159eba maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u016fslednosti, aby se minimalizovalo nebezpe\u010d\u00ed podcen\u011bn\u00ed rizik. S nadm\u011brnou impulzivitou \u010dasto souvis\u00ed to, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b m\u00e1 pot\u00ed\u017ee na n\u011bco \u010dekat. Takov\u00e1 netrp\u011blivost se m\u016f\u017ee projevovat nap\u0159\u00edklad t\u00edm, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b p\u0159eru\u0161uje rozhovor jin\u00fdch lid\u00ed a sk\u00e1\u010de jim do \u0159e\u010di. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 zav\u00e9st znamen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 znamen\u00e1 &#8220;Nep\u0159eru\u0161uj!&#8221;, a &#8211; jeho pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm &#8211; d\u00edt\u011bti toto pravidlo p\u0159ipom\u00ednat. Abyste se s d\u00edt\u011btem nedost\u00e1vali do v\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch, p\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00fdch diskus\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eete se &#8211; do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry i kv\u016fli vlastn\u00edmu pohodl\u00ed &#8211; pokusit rozhovor p\u0159eru\u0161it stru\u010dn\u00fdmi, jasn\u00fdmi a d\u016fsledn\u00fdmi sd\u011blen\u00edmi. N\u011bkdy se prost\u011b mus\u00edte sm\u00ed\u0159it s jeho povahou&#8230;..<\/p>\n<h4>Porucha pozornosti p\u0159i ADHD<\/h4>\n<p>Pomoci d\u00edt\u011bti s poruchou pozornosti je dobr\u00e9 za\u010d\u00edt t\u00edm, \u017ee uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1te prostor tak, aby nep\u016fsobil jako ru\u0161iv\u00fd prvek, tj. dal\u0161\u00ed rozptyluj\u00edc\u00ed prvek pro d\u00edt\u011b nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i psan\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00edch \u00fakol\u016f. Omezen\u00edm konkuren\u010dn\u00edch podn\u011bt\u016f pak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt &#8220;pr\u00e1zdn\u00fd st\u016fl&#8221;, na kter\u00e9m budou jen nezbytn\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty, stejn\u011b jako zakryt\u00ed okna, poli\u010dky s hra\u010dkami nebo zti\u0161en\u00ed m\u00edstnosti. Dal\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem d\u00edt\u011bte s ADHD, vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edm z poruchy pozornosti, bude neschopnost vybrat si r\u016fzn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly a vybrat ty, kter\u00e9 jsou skute\u010dn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Ur\u010dit\u011b pom\u016f\u017ee, kdy\u017e je druh\u00e1 osoba upozorn\u00ed na to, co je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 a na co by se m\u011bly zam\u011b\u0159it. \u010casto se tak\u00e9 osv\u011bd\u010duj\u00ed strategie, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit rozsah zam\u00fd\u0161len\u00fdch \u00fakol\u016f a \u010das pot\u0159ebn\u00fd k jejich spln\u011bn\u00ed. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, rozd\u011blen\u00ed \u00fakolu a pouk\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed na jednotliv\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti postupn\u011b v pr\u016fb\u011bhu pr\u00e1ce. Aplikace t\u011bchto strategi\u00ed \u010dasto vy\u017eaduje roky usilovn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e1 p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky a\u017e po dlouh\u00e9 dob\u011b. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 zapojen\u00ed rodiny d\u00edt\u011bte a \u0161koln\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. I p\u0159es tyto n\u00e1klady se vyplat\u00ed riziko podstoupit. Pokud usp\u011bjeme, pom\u016f\u017eeme d\u00edt\u011bti l\u00e9pe se vyrovnat s p\u0159\u00edznaky poruchy. D\u00e1me mu tak \u0161anci \u017e\u00edt s ADHD pohodln\u011bji.
